A College investigation was conducted into whether Dr. Tsin engaged in professional misconduct in his diagnostic radiology practice. As a result of the investigation, Dr. Tsin has agreed to cease reporting mammography and breast ultrasounds.

Member-reported Findings of Malpractice/Professional Negligence

On December 23, 2016, at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, London, a finding of professional negligence was made against Dr. Thomas Tai Yan Tsin in respect of an incident that took place in July 2009.
