Summary of the Undertaking given by Dr. Gideon Koren to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, effective February 20, 2019:

A College investigation was conducted into whether Dr. Koren, in his role as Laboratory Director of Motherisk Drug Testing program, engaged in professional misconduct or was incompetent. In the face of this investigation, Dr. Koren resigned from the College and has agreed never to apply or reapply for registration as a physician in Ontario.
