On December 13, 2021, Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance notified the College, pursuant to section 33(b) of the Public Hospitals Act and section 85.5(1) of the Health Professions Procedural Code (Schedule 2 to the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991), that Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance suspended Dr. Alanna Fitzpatrick’s hospital privileges effective November 13, 2021 due to failure to comply with hospital policy.

 

On May 9, 2022, Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance further notified the College the hospital   has revoked / terminated Dr. Fitzpatrick’s hospital privileges effective April 18, 2022 due to failure to comply with hospital policy.
